French & German Equities

Long term investors should be bullish on the CAC 40 and DAX30  indices, as their present levels represent attractive opportunities for the buyers. On the downside, the are risks of  contagion in the peripheral economies, which may include lately Italy. However, such a scenario has a low probability of happening. As a reminder, the growth of the French and German economies prooved their competiteveness on a global scale and suggest there are healthy fundamentals for equities in these two countries.
